SpeakOps for Teams · Team School
Your engineers can build it. Now make sure they can say it.
Strong engineers freeze in standups, hedge in reviews, and lose the room in demos. Team School gives your cohort private voice-roleplay reps — then shows you the delivery skills improving, week over week, on one dashboard.

Measurable, not anecdotal
Communication you can actually see on a dashboard.
Every session is scored on an observable-delivery rubric — clarity, structure, pacing, responsiveness — so progress is a number, not a vibe. Managers get cohort trends; engineers keep a private coaching debrief.

How Team School works.
- 01
Create a cohort
Invite by email, group engineers by team, level, or onboarding class, and set a goal. Start a no-card pilot in minutes.
- 02
Assign missions
Push curated voice scenarios — standups, code reviews, conflict, 1:1s, interview loops — with due dates. SpeakOps does the nudging.
- 03
Track on the dashboard
Watch rubric scores climb week over week on a growth leaderboard. Export cohort reports for L&D, promotions, and interview readiness.
The same rubric, for everyone
Scored on what you can observe — never on accent or personality.
SpeakOps never grades how "native" someone sounds, or infers mood, confidence, or personality. It measures the four observable things that decide whether a message lands. That keeps progress fair, explainable, motivating — and on the right side of the EU AI Act.
Clarity
Is the point obvious?
Structure
Lead, body, ask.
Pacing
Calm, not rushed.
Responsiveness
Reads the room.
A coaching tool, not surveillance: managers see aggregate cohort trends — never an engineer’s transcripts or audio.

Privacy & EU AI Act
A rehearsal room, not a monitoring tool.
The top question every manager and security reviewer asks. Here is exactly what the product does — and deliberately does not — do.
Managers see aggregate trends only
Cohort delivery trends and mission completion — never an individual engineer’s transcripts, audio, or per-session scores. The coaching debrief stays private to the engineer.
No emotion or personality inference
We score only observable delivery — clarity, structure, pacing, responsiveness. We never infer emotion, confidence, or personality, by design, keeping clear of the EU AI Act’s ban on emotion inference at work and in education (Art. 5).
Engineers own their data
Recordings support the engineer’s own debrief, are deletable on a configurable schedule, and are never used to train third-party models. EU data-residency options and a DPA are available.

For buyers & security reviewers
Questions managers and legal ask first.
Where is voice data stored, and is it GDPR-compliant?
Sessions are processed to generate the delivery score, then audio is retained only as long as needed for the engineer’s own debrief and deleted on a configurable schedule. We support EU data-residency options and sign a DPA. Engineers can export or delete their data at any time, and we never sell or train third-party models on your team’s voice.
Is this employee surveillance? What can managers actually see?
No. Managers see aggregate cohort trends and mission completion — never an individual’s transcripts or audio. The coaching debrief is private to the engineer. It is a rehearsal room, not a monitoring tool: people should feel safe being bad in private so they are good in public.
Does it judge accents, emotion, or personality? (EU AI Act)
Never. SpeakOps scores only observable delivery — clarity, structure, pacing, and responsiveness. It does not infer emotion, confidence, or personality, and it does not rate accents. That keeps it clear of the EU AI Act’s prohibition on emotion inference in work and education settings (Art. 5), and makes scores explainable and fair across your whole team.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
SSO and SCIM provisioning are on the near-term roadmap for Enterprise and are part of every security-review conversation. Today you can bulk-invite by email and manage roles in-app; we will map your timeline in the demo so rollout is not blocked.
How fast can we roll out, and what does a pilot look like?
Most teams pilot in under a week: create a cohort, assign a first mission pack, and watch rubric scores move within a sprint. Pilots start with no credit card and are invoiced manually. Begin with one squad, then expand across engineering once you see the lift.
Which languages are supported?
English, French, and Spanish today, with the same observable-delivery rubric across all three so cohort comparisons stay consistent. More languages are prioritized by customer demand.
