You know the answer. You just can't get it out in time.
You already do the hard part — you build the thing. Now claim the room: rehearse a real workplace moment out loud, get scored on what is observable, and become the engineer who speaks up. Here is exactly what one rep looks like.

The gap
Same skill. Two different engineers.
Your code is excellent. The standup is the hard part. Nothing is wrong with you — there is just a version of you the meeting never got to meet. Yet.
Before
You let the moment win.
- You knew the answer; you said half of it.
- The PM's deadline became your deadline.
- You replayed the interview for a week.
After ~2 weeks of reps
You run the room.
- One clear sentence, then you stop.
- You name the trade-off and hold the line.
- You've already had the conversation — fifty times.
Anatomy of one rep
Four moves. Twelve minutes. Run it until it's yours.
The loop you just watched, broken down. Speak → the AI replies → you get a score → you get a debrief.
01 · prompt
A real moment
An AI character drops you into a standup, review, 1:1 or interview — and pushes back like a real colleague would. Never a yes-man.
02 · speak
You talk out loud
No script, no typing. Say it the way you'd say it in the room — the exact muscle you freeze on in real meetings.
03 · score
Observable rubric
Clarity, structure, pacing, responsiveness — scored on delivery you can change. Never accent, never personality.
04 · debrief
Coaching, not grades
The one sentence to lead with next time, and one specific thing to tighten. Then go again — calmer every rep.
Pick your arena
Practise the moments that actually make you sweat.
Every scenario adapts to how you respond — push back, and it pushes back.
- Daily standup updates
- Defending a code review
- The 1:1 with your manager
- Disagreeing without conflict
- Salary negotiation
- System-design interview
- Saying "I don't know" with confidence
- Holding your estimate
Scored on what you can change
A fair rubric. No accent score, ever.
SpeakOps measures the four observable things that decide whether your message lands — the same way a great mentor would, available at 11pm before your interview.

Responsiveness
We never infer emotion, confidence or personality — only observable delivery. (It is the right thing to do, and EU AI Act compliant.)
The idea
Speaking up under pressure isn't a personality trait — it's a rehearsed skill. The engineers who sound calm in the room aren't braver. They've just had the conversation before. SpeakOps is where you get those reps.
Team School · B2B
Build a whole cohort of engineers who speak up.
One quiet senior is a coaching problem. A whole squad that goes silent in client calls is a delivery problem. Assign missions, watch observable delivery grow week over week, and run a friendly leaderboard that makes practice contagious.
- For engineering managers
- For bootcamps
- Onboarding cohorts
- Distributed teams
Train a cohort, not one seat
Enrol a squad or a bootcamp class. Everyone gets the same private room to rehearse the hard talks out loud.
Assign missions that match the work
Push "incident comms," "client demo" or "code-review pushback" to the whole team — or build one from your own onboarding doc.
A manager dashboard, not a black box
See cohort delivery trends, mission completion and who is stuck — aggregate delivery only, never emotion or personality scoring.
A leaderboard that pulls people in
Gentle, opt-in, growth-based — it rewards reps and improvement, so practice spreads across the team on its own.

Frequently asked
The things people want to know before their first session.
Will it score my accent?
No. We only score delivery you can change — clarity, structure, pacing, responsiveness. Accent is not on the rubric, ever.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
You speak, out loud, in real time — and leave with a score and a coaching debrief, not a wall of text. The AI character pushes back like a real reviewer: dodge a question and it follows up.
Do I have to speak, or can I type?
Either. You can practise by voice or by text. Voice is available in English today, with French and Spanish on the way. The interface itself is available in English, French and Spanish.
Is it free to try?
Yes. Your first 15 minutes are free — no card. Pro and Unlimited add more time and features; Team School is for cohorts and bootcamps.
Is my voice data safe?
Your sessions and debriefs are yours. On a team, managers see aggregate delivery trends only — never your transcripts. We never use your recordings to train models.

Twelve minutes tonight. A calmer you tomorrow. No camera, no audience, no judgement — just the version of you that speaks up, getting stronger every rep.
